Vertigo? Just Extreme headache

Lately I haven’t got enough sleep, work till late almost everyday and no holiday at all, some says i am killing myself with this habits, i know but i must do this way, there are dreams to realize, and most important need to gain some for myself & my fams.

Often i got extreme headache, and usually only take a hours before it getting better and i am ready to strike back, but then i am starting to get more and more and this take days before i am ready to keep my eyes wide open, yeah my medical background is not clean at all, i have thypus, vertigo, inflammation. Hopely this is nothing more than hypotension.
